Today we talked about newspaper reports, and noticing the differences between direct and indirect speech.
We recapped and practiced some of the trickier spelling patterns, like double letters and words with an easy l/r confusu¥ion
We had a fun game of ‘Would you rather’ tough options to explore phrases and vocabulary.
We had a very brief talk about the ‘manji symbol’, and why doodling this design in Europe or America might be confusing (similar to a swastika) and upsetting to people who don’t know about this temple symbol.
